First, I will answer the question "Why Roundbox?" The answer is actually quite simple, I liked the way it sounded and at the time I was in a discussion where everyone was talking about "thinking outside of the box." Who knows why but for some reason I was thinking of one of those pretty hat boxes when they said that, a round box. In some ways - I rethought the box for that one discussion.

As for the construction of the site, I chose to use Joomla to help me maintain it more often since it would keep the coding required to add and edit information at a minimum. The initial set up was much longer for me than simply uploading html and developing a template I liked was also a challenge. I am happy with the current set up - and actually find Joomla quite user friendly and now that I understand the template system, even easier to maintain.

The information on the site is still being updated as I digitize most of the work I have and add a description of the process in creating the final piece. Some designswere used, others were proposals that were not chosen. Even if it was not used I did learn and grow with each project and look forward to learning more as my career progresses.

Just updated the resume section of the site, a traditional .doc format is available for download on the Resume page and here for filing. Clicking on the Resume section will take you to the main page and a listing of the jobs on this site, each listing includes an expanded explanation of the job duties performed and the bullet points they are relevant to.

I have also updated and included my Education & Skills section, which is an overview of what I currently work with and have a solid understanding of how to operate. Many of these skills will be better illustrated when I begin to post my portfolio.
